Kanunta Kanu has slammed former presidential aide Bashir Ahmad for saying the leader of the*indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is arrogant.

Ahmad made the claim on Monday after a video surfaced showing Kanu lamenting that Nigeria is plagued by lack of knowledge of the law.

The IPOB leader made the claim while in court where he is being tried for terrorism and treasonable felony.

He could be seen slapping the back of his lawyer who was interrupting his speech in court, an act condemned by Ahmad.

He shared on X, "Nnamdi Kanu is rude and arrogant. Tapping a grown man aggressively and yelling at him like that. Who does he think he is that no one should talk while he is talking? I blame that lawyer. What bias does Kanu claim? What was the altercation's context?"

In another post, he said, "Nnamdi Kanu’s arrogance is on full display here. It seems he has no respect for others, especially his subordinates. Tapping a grown man aggressively like that and yelling at him, who does he think he is that no one should talk while he is talking? Kanu should know that respect is earned."

:in response, Kanunta slammed the former presidential aide, saying, "@BashirAhmaad if saying the truth in Nigerian court means arrogant in your own definition, I agree with you that #MaziNnamdikanu is a true definition of arrogance. That’s why a dead man ruled Nigeria for 6 years in the name of this is our turn and nobody could say a word. Mad people everywhere."
