Inlaks, a leading ICT infrastructure and systems integrator, has successfully completed the upgrade of Zenith Pension Custodian Limited’s (ZPC) System to Temenos Release 24 (R24), marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey.
This upgrade will enhance service delivery, streamline operations, ensure the production of accurate and reliable financial statements, and facilitate a modern and scalable framework to improve customer satisfaction.
According to a statement, the upgrade encompassed local routine conversion with the upgraded system, report compatibility, comprehensive testing and knowledge transfer as well as post-upgrade support.
The four-month project progressed through various stages, including initiation, familiarisation, technical upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.

The Go-Live was achieved ahead of schedule, reinforcing Inlaks’ commitment to delivering excellence. Inlaks’ engagement also involved system and business analysis to assess operational pain points and identify optimal solutions, solution design, testing and integration and post-go-live support.
