‘I caused VeryDarkMan’s arrest’ - Samklef spills

I’m Samklef, a well-known Nigerian music producer has taken credit for the detention of contentious social media critic VeryDarkMan.

Sunday, June 30, saw a lot of reports that VeryDarkMan had been taken into custody, just weeks after his release.

Since the beginning of the year, the controversial social media activist had been in and out of police detention due to his collisions with several Nigerian celebrities.

Samklef responded to VeryDarkMan’s most recent arrest by stating on his Instagram page that he was behind the activist’s arrest.

He wrote: “I’m behind Verydarkman’s arrest. I have a serious death threat case with him.

“Verydarkman has been arrested! Oya poor envy children make una go protest for una hero. I Samklef, is one of the people behind him being arrested! Don’t play! E needs extra cellcation.”
