Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has urged Osun residents in Ondo state to vote for Agboola Ajayi, the flagbearer of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, in the upcoming polls.

Adeleke made the appeal when he met indigenes of Osun in Akure, Ondo State capital as he said the only way they could show their love for him was to rally support for the party representative.

He stressed that the All Progressives Congress-led administration led by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa must be voted out of office to ensure meaningful development takes place.

He said, “I want to urge you to go out and spread the gospel and the crusade that Ondo will experience light, and light is coming to Ondo State, and the sun shall shine again.

“Tell our people that I am solidly behind Ajayi to ensure victory for him; embark on a house-to-house campaign. We need to work hard to ensure victory.”

He further urged that the hardship faced by Nigerians must serve as a lesson that must not be repeated in the future.

He advised the Ondo state indigenes to vote Ajayi in order to join the League of States witnessing unprecedented development in the south-west region.
