An old video of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, criticizing individuals who travel abroad to study certain courses has surfaced.
In the video, Wike was lamenting the decision of some people who leave Nigeria to pursue education in fields that are available in the country.
Wike mentioned that courses such as medicine, agriculture, and engineering are understandable choices, as he believes that studying them abroad and then returning to Nigeria can benefit the country.
This video resurfaced after Wike shared photos of his son graduating with a Masters in Law degree from a UK university.
