Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is currently in the news after a video of him jumping off a stage went viral.

In the video making rounds, Obasanjo who was delivering a speech, finished and instead of walking down the stairs of the stage, jumped off right in front of the audiences.

The 87-year-old former leader shocked many with his action. A security agent who noticed what he was about to do, immediately rushed to give him a hand but Obasanjo with full strength, jumped off on his own.

Obasanjo left many guests amazed as they could not hold back their excitement, resulting in a round of applause.
