Chairman of the Senate Committee on Electoral Matters, Barrister Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli has reacted to the demise of Bisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of the immediate past governor of Oyo State, late Abiola Ajimobi.
Alli described her demise as heartbreaking in a statement signed by his Media Aide, Akeem Abas.
In the statement released on Thursday, March 26, he said the demise of Bisola was a tragic and painful loss not just to the family but to Oyo State and the nation at large.
The APC chieftain said she was a brilliant and accomplished professional whose contributions would be sorely missed.
“Bisola was a woman of grace, intellect, and dedication, who upheld the values of excellence and service.
“Her sudden departure is deeply heartbreaking. I pray that the Almighty grants her eternal rest and comforts her loved ones in this difficult time,” Alli added.
Recall, Bisola died in the early hours of Thursday in the United Kingdom.
Her father, Ajimobi ruled the state as governor between 2011 and 2019.
