Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, has taken to social media to share photos of his potato harvest from his garden.
Showing off his harvest, Onanuga advised Nigerians, especially the youths, to consider embarking on farming.
He noted that this would help reduce food costs in the country rather than taking to social media to criticize the government.
He wrote, "I harvested some potatoes today in the garden beside my house in Lekki-Ajah.
"Grow some food; your little effort can help reduce food costs. Do something, not just tweet criticism of the government."
His comment has attracted several reactions from Nigerians.
@Edocentral: You cannot carry that basket yourself? Bayo!
@DanielRegha: I will like to see a detailed video showing the process of how u cultivated the potatoes....
@MentusNnaemeka: How come the farmer's hand is dettier than the farm produce?
@Chimacoeche: All the APC members have turned into social media farmers overnight to deceive Nigerians.
Their Oga is driving Honda accord online now but still maintains hundreds of luxury cars in his convoy.
Government of lies by liars.
@Royal_Citizens: Congratulations to you on this achievement. Greater heights
@ememhamza: You spent years spewing so called criticisms to every Federal government including that of your party. Now that you're on the dining table, you don't want others to talk about your bad table manners.
Issookay. When it ends, we shall see whether you will return to the farm or to your default setting of ranting.
