A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has taken a swipe at the British Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria, Ben Llewellyn-Jones.
Prior to this, the United Kingdom High Commissioner to Nigeria called out Femi Fani-Kayode for his derogatory comments on social media in the build-up to the 2023 presidential polls.
Speaking in an interview, the deputy UK high commissioner to Nigeria, Ben Llewellyn-Jones, said that the UK would be placing a visa embargo on ten individuals already on their watchlist.
“Yes, let’s be specific, there were some people, like Femi Fani-Kayode, what is he saying and why is he saying it? I don’t understand," he said.
Barely 24 hours after the UK envoy made this known, Fani-Kayode took to his Twitter page to challenge the British envoy.
He asked the commissioner to do his worst, adding that he fears no one.
His tweet read; "Permit me to add the following addendum to my earlier personal response to the little Englander.
"To hell with him and those that are begging him on and licking his feet. "I am FFK: I fear no-one and I bow before no man."
Permit me to add the followng addendum to my earlier personal response to the little Englander.
