Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu has said diaspora voting was a matter of time.
He made this statement in an interview with Channels Television as he said the only thing hampering the move was lack of adequate legislation.
"We believe it should be done and elections are about laws. It is only a matter of time. It should be made easy for them to vote where they reside outside the country. They should also be flexibility for election officers and uniformed men to vote as well." Yakubu said.
