Human rights activist and lawyer, Deji Adeyanju has welcomed a baby girl with his wife, Nana Bello.
The activist announced the birth of his child in a social media post on Sunday, September 15.
Excited by the latest addition to his family, he expressed gratitude for the birth of the child.
Sharing pictures of himself and his wife, he wrote, “God has just blessed my wife and I with a beautiful baby girl. And we are grateful and delighted. The Lord has done it finally, finally, finally!.”
The couple tied the knot in December 2023 at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, with the reception held at the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Garki, Abuja.
The ceremony was attended by dignitaries, including Yele Sowore, a presidential candidate in the 2023 general election; former lawmaker Shehu Sani; Edo State PDP gubernatorial aspirant, Earl Osaro Onaiwu; and media personality, Seun Okinbaloye, among others.
Popular Nigerians congratulated him on the birth of his child. Dele Momodu, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) wrote: "Congratulations to you and yours Aburo mi atata..."
