MyNigeria.com reported that the new case is a Nigerian female, about 30 years of age, who returned from the United Kingdom on March 13th, 2020, according to Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on New Media, Jubril Gawat.
The lady who is currently being attended to at the Mainland General Hospital is said to have developed symptoms of the virus after observing self-isolation.

Nigeria has just confirmed the 3rd case of Coronavirus which is independent of the index case, I learnt the person returned from the UK and has been in Isolation, I don't think there is need to panic but I strongly believe we should shut our borders now. #CoronaVirusNigeria
