An elderly woman has expressed disappointment in President Bola Tinubu’s ability to improve the country.

Speaking to the media, she lamented the high cost of living and the expensive food prices.

She revealed that it has been five months since she ate rice due to the daily increase in food prices.

The woman stated that former President Muhammadu Buhari’s tenure was better than what Nigerians are experiencing under President Bola Tinubu.

According to her, prices were not as high during Buhari’s presidency . She prayed for God’s intervention in the country.

She said, “Buhari’s tenure was even better. This Tinubu era is terrible. We haven’t made any sales since morning. Food prices increase massively every day. The prices of goods keep changing day by day. It’s been over five months since I ate rice. Things were not this expensive before. Shouldn’t older people be able to eat what they like? We only eat what we can afford. God should intervene in the affairs of this country.”
