Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface has named four football stars whose video clips he enjoys watching on YouTube.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with SportyTV, the Super Eagles star named former Barcelona and PSG star Neymar and former Brazilian international Robinho among the players he watches regularly.

The 23-year-old also mentioned former France and Newcastle United star Hatem Ben Arfa alongside former Arsenal and Spain midfielder Santi Cazorla among the top four players whose clips he enjoys watching even prior to football matches.

The former Union Saint-Gilloise star stated that he takes inspiration from these players, learning from their finishing, touch, and what they do in tight space situations.

“There are two players which I watch a lot. No, let me see four players which I watch. If you come to my house on YouTube, you put my YouTube; you see four; I watch them even before games.

“So I watch Neymar number one. You know Ben Arfa, Robinho, and Santi Cazorla. It’s weird. So as a striker, yeah, nobody will teach you when to finish.

“One touch to touch. But me, I try to learn… like in those tight spaces. I try to learn from those guys.”

Boniface has been pivotal in Xabi Alonso’s team since joining them from Royal Union SG last season.

The Super Eagles star registered 21 goals and 10 assists in 39 games, helping Leverkusen to a historic campaign where they won their maiden Bundesliga title and the DFB Pokal.
