Defending champions Bayern Munich outclassed Eintracht Frankfurt with a five-star performance on Saturday to remain top of Bundesliga table.
With at least seven matches to go, Bayern's 5-2 victory keep them four points clear of second-placed Borussia Dortmund.
Goretzka, Thomas Mueller and Robert Lewandowski's 17th, 41st and 46th-minute goals gave the Bavarians a 3-0 lead in the empty Allianz Arena.
But Frankfurt had a different plan of their own other than throwing in the towel as defender Martin Hinteregger netted a three-minute brace in the 52nd and 55th minutes.
However, Frankfurt undid themselves later on in the second half after a defensive error put Bayern's Alphonso Davies pon the score sheet in the 61st minute.
A final nail to the coffin came in the 74th minute when Frankfurt's Hinteregger scored an own goal, ensuring Bavern regained their three-goal lead.
Bayern Munich are on 61 points with Borussia Dortmund, who host the Bavarians on Tuesday, on 57 following their 2-0 win over VfL Wolfsburg.
