Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa marked his 32nd birthday with a kind gesture, giving out cash gifts to workers at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium on Monday, October 14.
Musa made a sensational return to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), joining Kano Pillars for a third spell after leaving Swiss champions Sivasspor in May.
The 110-capped Super Eagles star had been without prior to returning to Kano Pillars.
The former Leicester City striker marked his return debut with a sensational brace for Kano Pillars against Sunshine Stars last week. It could have been a more delightful spectacle if he hadn't missed a penalty in the dying embers of the game, missing out on a hat-trick.
Ahmed Musa celebrated his birthday at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, where his side played Akwa United in an NPFL clash.
Despite his side losing 2-0 to the home team, the workers at the Uyo Stadium cheered on the veteran striker and sang "Happy Birthday" to him.
As disclosed by Kano Pillars' official X handle in a video, Musa gifted the workers ₦200,000 after the honorable gesture.
