Dr. Tinuade Sandra is a distinguished Nigerian executive business leader, renowned for her role as the founder of EmHERging, a prominent mentorship platform, and her tenure as the former Chief Executive of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC).

Sandra was born on August 6, 1979, in Nigeria. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. She furthered her academic pursuits by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Planning from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK, in 2020. Additionally, she was conferred with a Doctor of Philosophy in Financial Management and Entrepreneurship from ICON University of Management Science and Technology, Benin Republic.

Tinuade Sandra holds the distinction of being the first female in Nigeria to be appointed as a Managing Director in the electricity sector.
